Responsibilities

We're looking for an enthusiastic project manager who doesn't take themselves too seriously to come have fun with us.

We expect you to manage our complex backlog of stories, understanding the technical details associated with the development tasks in order to keep a consistent velocity and minimize risk. We also expect you to maintain and manage core Scrum project manager duties such as tracking the backlog, maintaining burn-down charts, calculate and share velocity metrics, and assist with insuring the stories and tasks are defined correctly and followed through. We're also looking forward to you facilitating communication between product managers, customers, key stakeholders, and engineering teams to keep the train from derailing.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master role for significant software projects.
• A strong understanding of Scrum processes and fundamental principles.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capable of quickly understanding technical requirements and constraints.
• Passionately agile.
