Solutions Engineer

Nebula is seeking an amazing solutions engineer to join our team and successfully manage the pilot and proof of concept deployments of our product.
We're looking for an experienced technical professional who can range from communicating effectively and quickly with a variety of customers, who has and likes to share deep knowledge and pragmatic advice in cloud computing as well as being able to collect effective requirements from our customers and feedback them back into our product and engineering teams. If you have the diverse technical background to act as the team's technical encyclopedia during the sales process, we would like to talk with you.
Responsibilities
You will be the face of Nebula to our customers, representing our company, product, and knowledge to make incredible solutions available for our customers. You will be responsible for technical presentations of the product, as well as sharing in depth knowledge of how to use our product most effectively. In addition, you will be responsible for collecting and sharing information from our customers and enabling a feedback loop that provides insights into customer requirements to improve our product. You must be able to communicate to all levels of stakeholders--from the network engineer to the corporate executive--translating concepts and values across communities with ease.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills at all levels of technical and executive knowledge.
- Capable of questioning real technical requirements and constraints.
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field strong preferred.
